These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and Aeterno's early-access program (together, the "Site"), operated by Aeterno ("we," "us"). By visiting the Site or submitting the access-request form, you agree to these Terms.
The Site is intended for business use by individuals acting on behalf of a company, and is not directed at consumers or at individuals under 18. By using the Site you represent that you meet this description and have the authority to submit any information you provide on behalf of your organization.
Aeterno is currently offered on an early-access, invitation basis. Submitting the access-request form is an expression of interest, not a purchase, subscription or binding commitment by either party. Acceptance into any pilot or early-access cohort, and the scope, term and pricing of that access, will be set out separately in writing (for example, an order form or pilot agreement) before any paid engagement begins.
Figures, verdicts, account names, logos, quotes and metrics shown on the Site are illustrative examples used to demonstrate how the product works, and do not represent actual customers, live data or guaranteed results, unless explicitly labeled otherwise.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site in violation of applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation; or (d) use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Site outside of normal browsing, without our prior written consent.
The Site, including its text, design, graphics and underlying code, is owned by Aeterno or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Aeterno's name, logo or trademarks without our prior written consent.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Aeterno. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party site.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AETERNO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / PROVINCE, COUNTRY], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or privacy rights you may have under the laws of the United States, Canada, or the province or state in which you reside.
